Shipping Policy

At Oakheart Bookshop, every order is packed with care. We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1-3 business days. During busy periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order contains pre-order items, your shipment will be sent once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We ship worldwide. We would love your support even if shipping may end up costly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Oakheart Bookshop cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

If you wish to order books as a business please contact us we'll create an invoice with reverse VAT tax.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to help.
